Shipping and Handling Information

We charge a flat $5 shipping fee for all orders shipped to locations in the Eastern and Central time zones. A $10 fee will be added to shipments to Mountain and Pacific time zone locations.
Once an order is placed and processed, we WILL NOT accept any changes. This includes address changes, product details, changing an order to a rush status, monogram initial order, etc. We are not responsible for any packages that are shipped to an address provided that is incorrect. Payment is due upon receipt of order. Products will not be shipped until payment is received. Payment is made prior to the start of your order being processed. Most orders will arrive within 2-4 weeks. Some custom orders may take a little longer due to the demand. We make most of our products when you order them so they are made especially for YOU. Check product descriptions. You must let us know PRIOR to ordering if you have a special shipping need. We will not issue refunds once orders have been placed. |

Rush Orders: |

If you need your item rushed, we will make every effort to accomodate your needs. PLEASE email us PRIOR to ordering to work out RUSH orders. There may be an additional RUSH charge applied. Refunds will not be issued if an order is placed and RUSH order has not been granted prior to the order. Additionally, we can not "guarantee" delivery once the package has left our hands and is in the hands of the shipping method. If your package does not arrive and has been overnighted, we will only refund the cost of the shipping, not the products. |

Our gifts are custom made for you...unfortunately, we can not accept any returns on our items. If you have any questions about an item, PRIOR to ordering, please contact us. REFUNDS will not be issued once orders have been placed. Most items are shipped within 2-4 weeks, usually sooner! Please notify us if you need us to rush an order. A rush charge may apply. Please prepare for holidays, special times of year, and seasons accordingly. Our shipping times may vary during this peak time, and can exceed the 4 week delivery time. Please contact us if you have any questions. Email works best, and is our preferred method of communication. |

Monogramming instructions:

We are not responsible for monogramming ordered in the wrong order, unless it is an error on our part, in which we will gladly send a replacement as soon as possible. |

Font Choice:
|

Check Product Page Descriptions, or email us! Some products can only be monogrammed with certain fonts, and some products may not be able to be monogrammed. If a monogram is not specified, or has been discontinued, we will substitute the most popular font. |
