IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
1. Most personalized orders will take 2-4 weeks to ship out. Our products are mostly handmade, unique items and take a little extra time, as we like to make sure each product meets and exceeds our expectations, as well as our customers.
Some custom orders may take a little longer due to demand, holidays, and/or graduation. We make most of our products when you order them so they are made especially for YOU.
Please let us know PRIOR to ordering if you have a special shipping need. Unfortunately, we can not issue refunds once orders have been placed.
2. If you have not heard from us within 72 hours, please send another email, check your spam folder, or feel free to give us a call at the numbers above. We are always eager to help. Please leave a message if you do not reach someone. We will return calls as quickly as possible.
3. Please note some of our products will arrive at different times in different shipments. If you have not received all of your order within 5 weeks, please let us know.
